During the present month two new TEdB ultrasound inspectors have joined the Group Tecnatom team at Embalse NPP feeders replacement surveillance project, together with two others that have returned to this assignment. Thus, the number of Brazilian inspectors arises to seven (two UT level III and five UT level II).
The Brazilian inspectors are replacing the Tecnatom colleagues, requested to come back to Madrid to start the preparation works for the oncoming outages in the Spanish nuclear power plants.
All of them are duly qualified according to ISO 9712 and the majority speaks Spanish and of course Portuguese.
This kind of collaboration is aligned with the TEdB strategy of local capabilities development and support to Group Tecnatom abroad when requested, ensuring the continuity of the projects according to the Group standards.
